LIMITED AQUARIUM WARRANTY

SeaQuatic Aquariums warrants all standard aquariums under 500 gallons against external leakage due to faulty craftsmanship for the lifetime* of the aquarium.

For aquariums above 500 gallons SeaQuatic Aquariums offers a 10-year warranty against external leakage due to faulty craftsmanship.

SeaQuatic Aquariums warranty’ applies to the original purchaser only and is NON TRANSFERABLE.

THE USE OF A PERIMETER SUPPORT STAND VOIDS ALL WARRANTIES.

THE AQUARIUM BOTTOM MUST BE FULLY SUPPORTED ON A FLAT LEVEL SURFACE.

SeaQuatic Aquariums aquarium repair warranty is subject to the following conditions:

Failure must be the result of a defect in manufacturing as determined by SeaQuatic Aquariums and not due to improper use, defective material, accident, misuse, cleaning with abrasive chemicals, abuse, or act of Nature. Any modification or alteration of the aquarium by drilling, cutting, sawing, gluing anything to, bending, melting, tapping, or other similar means voids the warranty. SeaQuatic Aquariums liability to the original purchaser is limited to the replacement value of the tank and does not extend to the contents or any other consequential damage.

*Defective standard aquariums under 500 gallons will be repaired or replaced by SeaQuatic Aquariums at our option solely. During the first five years from the date of purchase SeaQuatic Aquariums warrants a maximum repair or replacement value of 100% of the original wholesale purchase price. Repair or replacement value from year six and subsequent years will be limited to 50% of the original SeaQuatic Aquariums wholesale purchase price.

*Defective aquariums above 500 gallons will be repaired or replaced by SeaQuatic Aquariums at our option solely. During the first five years from the date of purchase SeaQuatic Aquariums warrants a maximum repair or replacement value of 100% of the original wholesale purchase price. Repair or replacement value from year six to ten will be limited to 50% of the original SeaQuatic Aquariums wholesale purchase price.

Maximum Liability and Consequential Damage Indemnification. The purchaser and/or user hereby agree that SeaQuatic Aquariums and associates maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price in any and all circumstances. The purchaser and/or user hereby agrees to assume all liability, indemnify and hold harmless SeaQuatic Aquariums, associates, its heirs, successors, agents and assigns for any consequential damage caused by the aquariums failure, that includes by way of example and not limitation aquarium contents, aquarium filtration components, property damage, monetary loss, personal injury, bodily harm, death or any other consequential damage.

To be effective, this warranty sheet must be filled out completely and submitted to SeaQuatic Aquariums within (15) days of delivery of the aquarium.

Upon discovery of failure, SeaQuatic Aquariums will repair or replace the aquarium, at our option, provided the defective aquarium is returned freight prepaid at the customers expense. Return shipping from SeaQuatic Aquariums to the customer is the responsibility of SeaQuatic Aquariums

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR SeaQuatic Aquariums AQUARIUM OWNERS, do not use any product that contains ammonia, alcohol, or abrasives such as Windex, Comet, Ajax, or other commercial cleaners when cleaning the acrylic surface of your SeaQuatic Aquariums Aquarium. Also, protect your aquarium from chemical fumes, Including paint, varnish, etc. Use of such cleaners, or exposure to chemical fumes, will cause the acrylic to gradually lose its clarity. In addition, do not use coarse sponges or pads to clean the aquarium. A soft cloth and water or a polish made specifically for acrylic should be used for cleaning. Polishing cloths and cleaning agents are available from SeaQuatic Aquariums The use of a perimeter support stand, even temporarily, will void the warranty. The aquarium’s bottom must be fully supported on a flat level surface at all times.
