We’re looking for a Sales Associate to help us generate revenue and increase the customer base for our business.

About us: SeaQuaticAquariums.com designs, manufactures and installs large-scale custom aquariums and pool windows for commercial venues and residential homeowners. We are located in Sarasota Florida.

Job Location: This position can be filled remotely.


Your responsibilities

The ability to create informative and engaging proposals

-(Value engineering) work with clients to develop alternative solutions that are within their budgetary constraints

-A background in the plastics or aquarium field is a plus

-Identify new prospects and interact with existing customers to increase sales of goods/service

-Educate and engage prospects through product demonstration

-Meet specified quotas and deadline

-Maintain knowledge of the company’s offerings

-Make recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers

-Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations and closed sales

-Source and develop client relationships and referrals

-Weakly videoconferences with sales team

-Respond to customer inquiries within a timely manor

-Orchestrating follow-up meetings with your colleagues in field sales.

-The ability to travel to trade shows and visit with prospective clients.



Your qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or business.

-Highly Self-Motivated

-Strong verbal and written communication skills

-Strong interpersonal skills

-A team player

-Ability to work independently

-Excellent analytical and organizational skills

-Smart and driven, with integrity.

-Tenacious, polite, and resilient.

-1 year of inside sales or marketing experience (Preferably in the plastics or aquarium industry)

-Developing and executing email and telephone campaigns to generate new sales opportunities. You should be comfortable with high volume calling, and managing to KPIs.

-Celebrating wins and analyzing loses. We push for continuous improvement.

-Managing all interactions and your pipeline in CRM software; reporting out campaign results and developing feedback and recommendations for each campaign.

-Computer skills including Outlook, CRM software, PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
